The spatial planning divides the building into one floor underground and seven floors above ground. Basement Floor houses the requirement of resident parking. Ground Floor provides the functions of public lobby and office. Second to Seventh Floors are planned only one residential unit per floor that each unit is granted a private lift entrance.

The project is located within the core of 7th Re-development zone in Taichung City, where National Opera House and luxurious mansions surround. The green & wood elements calm the external clamor in a sequent manner.

本案業主為一對夫妻與一雙就讀幼稚園的姊弟，在空間設計上需有較大的應用彈性；業主計畫以交誼廳為家中活動核心，因而提出將客廳與餐廳合一，希望藉此創造出不同的故事與使用情境，因此在設計上同步考量長期的使用性、機能性與擴充性。
The project houses a couple and a pair of kindergarten children, thus a vast elasticity in spatial consideration is prerequisite. The owners intend to build the core of daily life within a dining-living integrated space that various stories and atmosphere may be created accordingly. Therefore, the targets of long-term usability, functionality and expansibility had been determined.
由於業主收藏豐富，因而規劃較多的收納與展示空間，色調與風格以工業風為基底再撫以設計家飾豐富其生活溫度。
In order to exhibit and store up owners’ huge collection, massive storage & display space was planned based on industrial style. Elaborately chosen furniture enriches the living temperature.
建築交屋狀態為無隔間之毛胚屋，水電配置與施作技術方面需要同步考量包含管線路網的構圖、材料質地以及清水混凝土隔間牆之施工品質。
As the condo was delivered at un-partitioned status, the relationship among the composition of water/electricity system, material texture and fair-faced concrete shall be considered simultaneously.
